2015 applications for “San-Tez Program” have begun in February 02, 2015. Applications will be made online through “R&D Web Portal” (biltek.sanayi.gov.tr ) by project coordinator academician.
It is important to pay attention to the following terms.
1. An e-state password is required to apply online. You can get it from any PTT Office.
2. Applications will be made online through “R&D Web Portal” (biltek.sanayi.gov.tr ). Help screens are available on the system.
3. The original copy of “Application Form” and “Project Abstract Sheet” should be sent to Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology General Directorate of Science and Technology in person or by post.
