Besides the bachelor education in international standards provided by the universities, postgraduate programs (master and doctorate) offer national/international researches. The experience gained during postgraduate education improves personal development and broaden the student’s horizon in addition to contributing to the economic, social political, technical and cultural development of the society. Furthermore, postgraduate education provides qualified academic staff for our universities. In accordance with this point of view, the Institutes of our University offer postgraduate education with newly opened departments to an increasing number of students. 

 

Our university which will provide education to over 16.000 students in 2015-2016 academic year aims at making progress in this field by opening new postgraduate programs constantly. The Institute of Social Sciences and the Institute of Science offer postgraduate education in 25 programs in total as 18 master programs with thesis and 7 doctorate programs to approximately 1.200 students. The quota for postgraduate students is 391 for 2015-2016 academic year.
