A new project type has been added under the title of 19009- Scientific and Artistic Meeting Arrangement Support Project which is included in the Application Direction of Scientific Research Projects of our University.
In this context, the congresses, symposiums, conferences, workshops, etc. which will be organized by researchers who have completed the PhD, Specialization in Medicine or Proficiency in Proficiency training with the teaching staff members of Hitit University working full- Support will be given for the realization of scientific activities. Such project applications will be made in March and October unless a different timetable is set by the BAP (Scientific Research Projects) Commission.
In this context;
The upper limit of support for International Activities is 20.000 TL including VAT,
Upper limit for supporting National Events is 10,000 TL including VAT
Project applications will be made electronically via BAP Automation System, which is available at www.bapso.hitit.edu.tr Instructors who want to benefit from the project support and fulfill the conditions stated in the directives should make their applications through the automation system and submit the application form and the attachments specified in the directors as 2 (two) copies with a wet signature and submit them to the related department (Rector / Dean / Directorate).
1 (one) copies of the applications will be sent to the BAP Unit by the relevant departmental director in the manner specified in the directive.
