Our Rector's Message to Celebrate Teacher's Day on 24 November

In today's world of rapid change in every aspect of life, countries tend to establish knowledge-based systems based on scientific research and the educated workforce. Countries no longer derive their competitive advantages from industrial capacities or underground / surface resources; knowledge and trained human power. While the developments and trends in this field are being experienced in the world, the traitor of July 15th in our country is obliged to raise virtuous people who are deeply rooted in our country and nation and who can closely follow the world and interpret the developments and use the technology in the best way.

Undoubtedly, after their parents, the greatest task in this regard falls to our dedicated, patient, tolerant and self-sacrificing teachers / educators who have made us the most honorable profession in the world with their teaching and learning activities. Thanks to our teachers who constantly renew themselves, know the country they live in and follow all developments in the world very closely, tomorrows of our country and nationality will be much better today.

I congratulate our teachers who are playing a big part in the growth of our children, they are the architects of tomorrow and the reflections of Atatürk, who is the most beautiful and worthy of praise.

I wish all the teachers continued success.
