Assoc. Dr. Çağatay Evrim Afşarlar
He was born in Ankara in 1976. After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine of Gazi University in 2000, he started to specialist education in Gazi University Faculty of Medicine Department of Pediatric Surgery and became a Pediatric Surgery Specialist in 2006. Between 2006-2007, he served as a reserve officer in the Department of Pediatric Surgery at Gülhane Military Medical Academy and completed his mandatory service in Elazığ Training and Research Hospital between 2007-2009. He worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Children's Hospital Child Urology Clinic in Texas, USA, in 2014 while serving in the Clinic for Children's Obstetrics, Children's Health and Diseases Hospital. After receiving the title of associate professor in 2015, he was appointed as a faculty member of Hitit University Faculty of Medicine. From May 2017 to November 2017, he served as Deputy Head Doctor of the Ministry of Health Hitit University Erol Olakk Education and Research Hospital and pOn 4 December 2017, he started his career as a Hospital Head Doctor.
