According to the decision Decree No. 667 published in the Official Gazette dated 23/07/2016 numbered 29779, the International Scientific Publications Incentive (UBYT) Application Screen has been reopened.
The application conditions and all necessary information about TÜBİTAK-UBYT Program are available at http://cabim.ulakbim.gov.tr/ubyt.
