The extraordinary change in the field of science and technology in the 21st century, called Information Age, and the innovations that come along have changed many of the habits of the students and caused the teaching-learning methods and tools to emerge. In this context, it is necessary to make changes in traditional education-teaching methods and tools. Students of today's world closely monitor innovations with a questioning learning approach and use technology effectively at every stage of their lives. Modern educational technology enables objective assessment and succession of student achievement, allowing each student to have appropriate opportunities for learning, to reduce the possibility of forgetting that the student learns, to participate in student motivation and teaching effectiveness.
Our university, which has made intensive efforts in every field to provide education and training in the conditions required for our students, has prepared a training program for the instructors about effective education techniques. The certificate program titled "Training of Trainers" will be held by Erol Olçok Conference Hall at the Rector's Office on February 14, 2018, by distinguished faculty members from other universities, the following issues will be addressed:
