10 (ten) unemployed persons who have graduated in 2018 from insurance related departments and who are planning to pursue a career in insurance will be accepted as a 100% scholarship to the 36th of the Basic Insurance Training Program which is one of the trainings of the Turkish Insurance Institute Foundation.
The only insurance expertise and ongoing training program in Turkey continuously since 1973 'Basic Insurance Training Program' (TSEP) prolonged the time until May or June, starting in October is a training program.
TSEP, where senior executives, experts and academics from the insurance industry are involved, plays an important role in enhancing the workforce quality and productivity of the Turkish insurance sector by providing specialization of sector employees in the general insurance and insurance branches.
TSEP, which consists of two semesters, "Basic Insurance Information" and "Branch Training", "Fire and Engineering Insurances", "Accident Insurances", "Transportation Insurances", "Accounting", "Health Insurances" and "Life Insurances" in total 6 branches.
The first semester of the Basic Insurance Training Program is held between October and February, and the second semester is between February and May. The program will be opened in two different time periods, "Night" and "Day" for the first half year and "TSEP-Day" courses will be held between 13.30-16.30 and "TSEP-Night" day.
