Our Rector Prof. Reha Metin ALKAN has visited Portugal to attend a EU Leonardo da Vinci Project Workshop in Portugal titled ‘Increasing the Awareness in Hydrogen Energy in European Countries’. The dean of the Faculy of Engineering Prof.Dr. Halil AYKUL, Chemical Engineering Specialist Zeynel ÖZTÜRK, and Mechanical Engineering Res. Assist. Alptuğ YATAĞANBABA accompanied him during the workshop at Aveiro University, Portugal.
The event hosted academicians from other national and international universities and institutions from USA, Lithuania, Germany, and Holland. The participants presented the report of past activities and shared their ideas about the future of the project. Our Rector Prof. Reha Metin ALKAN has expressed his gratitude and emphasised that Hitit University is ready to provide any support for the project.
