7th International Turkish Language Convention, which is held by the Turkish Language Society in every four years, started at Bilkent Hotel and Convention Center on 24 September 2012 and it will last four days. Respected as an institutionalized scientific meeting among the international scientific comunity, the convention plays an important role in Turkish Language research activities. The event hosts the president of the Turkish Grand National Assembly Cemil ÇİÇEK, Vice President Bilent ARINÇ, the president of the Turkish Historical Society Prof. Dr. Mehmet Metin HÜLAGÜ, our president Prof. Dr. Reha Metin ALKAN, presidents of the universities in Turkey, senior bureaucrats and scientist from 25 different countries.
