7th meeting of Middle Karadeniz Universities Platform (OKÜP) generated by a protocol signed last year by 8 university Rectors including our university was held in Ondokuz Mayıs University, Samsun.
Rectors and Vice Rectors of Ondokuz Mayıs University, Canik Başarı University, Amasya University, Sinop University, Ordu University and Tokat Gazi Osman Paşa University, coordinators of Technopark and Technology Office and Managers of Distance Learning Station (UZEM) participated in the meeting which is about the University-Industry cooperation and Technoparks.
Several important issues such as foundation stages of Technoparks, pre-research to determine the needs of companies which will settle in Technoparks, how to reach a productive process after the foundations of Technoparks and how companies which intend to work on Research and Development (Ar-Ge) are drawn on Technoparks in the universities.
