Rector Prof. Dr. Reha Metin Alkan and a group of academic staff from Hitit University visited Kazakhstan to attend the III. International Turkish Economy Forum between 6-8 June, 2014. Firstly held in Almaty, Kazakhstan in 2008, secondly in Antalya, Turkey in 2009, the third forum was held in Almaty, Kazakhstan with the cooperation of Hitit University, Kazakhstan Foreign Languages and Professional Development Universit and Almaty Governance between 6- June, 2014. Academic staff from Hitit University Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and Faculty of Divinity presented about 10 scientific papers at the forum. Almost 240 papers from 80 universities from different Turkic Republics.
Prof. Dr. Reha Metin Alkan gave an opening speech at the forum and invited the participants to the IV. International Turkish Economy Forum, which will be hosted by Hitit University in Çorum, Turkey in 2015.
Our university was introducted in detail at the booth set at the conventional center where the forum was held.
