Hitit University believing in the importance of science universality and international interaction continues to increase short and long-term domestic and oversea supports to the academic staff.
In this context, our university academic staff is given participation support on condition that they present a scientific study in short-term national/international scientific activities (congress, conference, seminar, symposium, workshop, platform, etc.). For 3 months and above the long-term scientific study abroad, our university within the YÖK (Council of Higher Education) collaboration provides support.
Apart from that, our academicians go to the universities within the context of bilateral agreements of our university has made in many countries of the world, especially Erasmus and Mevlana Exchange Programmes in order to do a study or research.
While the number of academicians benefiting from foreign assistance programs in 2010 is 69, this number has reached 271 with 293% increase in 2014 as a result of our continuous support in the context of education internationalization.
In addition, the number of academicians who benefit from domestic support has also increased. Within this framework, nearly 1000 assignments to participate in domestic activities have been made in 2014.
There has been an increase in the number of publications which is comsidered as the most important indicators with regard to the quality of academic human resources in the universities. This increase will no doubt increase recognition of our university in the national and international scientific fields.
