Prof. Dr. Nurcan BAYKAM who is the Vice Rector and Head of Women and Family Issues Research and Application Center of Hitit University represented our university in Training and Mentorship Program for Developing and Strengthening Women’s Leadership in Higher Education. More than 30 academic staff including the female rectors, vice rectors and deans of various universities participated in the program.
The aim of ‘Training and Mentorship Program for Developing and Strengthening Women’s Leadership in Higher Education’ is to encourage the women to senior positions, to be able to inspire and mentoring women.
The Head of Women and Family Issues Research and Application Center of Hitit University made a statement that the activities of Women and Family Issues Research and Application Center continued rapidly. She also gave information about the necessary studies and steps which would be taken to raise awareness.
