Firstly held in Almaty, Kazakhstan in 2008 hosted by Kazakhstan Foreign Languages and Professional Development University, ‘IV. International Turkish World Economic Forum’ which was held in May 7, 2015 in Çorum hosted by Hitit University.
The activity starting with the stand in silence and the Turkish National Anthem continued with the speeches of our Rector Prof. Dr. Reha Metin Alkan, Kazakhstan Foreign Languages and Professional Development University Rector Prof. Dr. Sabri Hizmetli, Kyrgyzstan Turkey Manas University Rector Prof. Dr. Sabahattin Balcı, Prof. Dr. Ali Özek, the President of the Islamic Sciences Research Foundation, Abdüssettar Derviş Aliyev, former President of Kazakhstan for Religious Affairs, Çorum Deputies Dr. Cahit Bağcı and Salim Uslu and Çorum Governor Ahmet Kara.
Various studies on every topic related to Turkish World, especially on economics, trade, progress, history, literature, religious sciences, culture and tourism were discussed by academicians from different disciplines in the event with the attendance of scientists coming from different countries around the world, especially from Turkish World.
The chosen proceedings presented within the context of the event will be published as full text after the referee procedure in Hitit University Social Sciences Institute Journal which is a national refereed journal scanned by 7 different national and international indices.
‘IV. International Turkish World Economic Forum’ synchronously held in 5 different hall and in 39 different sessions between the dates of May 7-9, 2015 ended with the final declaration and the travel programme within the context of social and cultural activities.
