Our Rector attended “The City of Islamic Civilizations in the 21st century, Almaty” Symposium organized in accordance with the 10th anniversary of Kazakhstan Foreign Languages and Professional Career University in Almaty,Kazakhstan.
Higher Education Council Executive Committee Members Prof. Dr. İbrahim Hatiboğlu, Prof. Dr. Abdullah Çavuşoğlu and Prof. Dr. Muhittin Şimşek, rectors of fifteen university from Turkey and Turkic Republics, sector representatives and General Secretary of our University Erdal Kanık attended the events organized in accordance with the 10th anniversary of Kazakhstan Foreign Languages and Professional Career University founded in Almaty on the basis of educational, scientific and cultural agreements between Kazakhstan Republic and Turkish Republic.
Aiming to provide the Kazakh youth with the scientific and technological developments of the modern world by serving as an educational and cultural bridge between Turkey and Kazakhstan tied with each other historically, Kazakhstan Foreign Languages and Professional Career University ranks tenth among all the higher education institutions in Kazakhstan. There was a large turnout of national and international universities to the events organized. The Head of Social Sciences Institute of our University Prof. Dr. Mehmet Evkuran, Res. Asst. Altuğ Ortakçı and Res. Asst. Mehmet Ali Bozkuş presented proceedings in the event.
Rector Prof. Dr. Reha Metin Alkan congratulated the tenth anniversary of Kazakhstan Foreign Languages and Professional Career contributing to the educational, scientific and cultural development of Kazakhstan progressing materially and morally since it gained independence and wished Prof. Dr. Sabri Hizmetli, Rector of Kazakhstan Foreign Languages and Professional Career continued success.
