Within the context of EU Grant Program Call Promotion of Registered Employment II (EuropeAid/135020/M/ACT/TR) Ministry of Labor and Social Security Department of European Union Coordination, the project numbered EuropeAid/ 135020/M/ACT/TR/325 “Promotion of Registered Employment for Decent Work” presented for Hitit University Rectorate has been entitled to receive grant by Ministry of Labor and Social Security Human Resource Development Program Authority (IKG-PRO) Contract Authority. Around 200.000 Euro EU Grant Support will be provided for the project “Promotion of Registered Employment for Decent Work” signed by Project Coordinator Asst. Prof. Dr. Menekşe Şahin.
Being sensitive to any social, cultural and economic problems of its region, our University aims to make contribution to sustainable economic growth with better employment opportunities and social adaptation in the region with the project to be carried out in cooperation with Çorum Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Çorum Organized Industrial Site. In line with this general aim, various activities such as creating qualified awareness, creating Social Dialog mechanism including all the related social initiatives, training Supportive Individuals for Promotion of Registered Employment Volunteers, detecting the problems of registered employment with empirical data and organizing international visits and cooperations within the framework of 1-year-project.
