The Number of Successful Activities in the Field of Health Increasing

Our Rector Prof. Dr. Reha Metin ALKAN made a visit to Training and Research Hospital of Hitit University, Çorum.

During the visit, Assist. Prof. Dr. Sinan ZEHİR who gave the information on the activities carried out in the hospital said that the patient whose knee tendon torn and dislocated as well as he/she faced with the risk of losing his/her leg was operated successfully with a method “arthroscopic” by Assist. Prof. Dr. Murat Çalbıyık, teaching staff in the Orthopedics and Traumatology Department.

Expressing his content with the successful operations carried out in the university hospital, Prof. Dr. Alkan emphasized that huge efforts led to the improvements in the field of health were made in order to develop the university hospital and make it one of Turkey’s leading centers not only in the region but also in Turkey.

Prof. Dr. Reha Metin Alkan thanked Prof. Dr. Mete Dolapçı, Deputy Dean of Medical School, Assist. Prof. Dr. Sinan Zehir, the Head of Hospital and Assist. Prof. Dr. Murat Çalbıyık, teaching staff in the Orthopedics and Traumatology Department for their supports to contribute the development of our university and city and wished them success.
