The University-University-Industry Cooperation (KÜSİ) University Evaluation Meeting was held in Teknokent by our university.
Rector Prof. Dr. Reha Metin Alkan, Provincial Director of Science, Industry, Technology Murat Ocak, ÇTSO Chairman Çetin Başaranhıncal, Technopolis Manager Prof. Dr. İrfan Kurtbaş and many machinery manufacturing and materials and casting group representatives and industrialists participated in the meeting.
KÜSİ-case assessment and the proposals for solutions, the issues developing the public-university-industry business association, as well as the challenges and solutions to the business union among institutions were discussed in the meeting.
At the meeting, our university talked about the goals, activities and activities of these bilateral cooperatives and the works and future projects of Çorum AR-GE Working Group (ÇARGEG).
There were also evaluations that the public-university-industry cooperation (KÜSİ) should be realized voluntarily based on patience and trust first, and that the point reached will be better if it continues with the same determination and willingness.
It has been stated that the university has started many studies within the scope of the university-sector business association so far and it has been stated that the important stages have been attained and it is time to co-produce the university-industry business association in order to carry the Çorum industry further. To this end, the University has been working on a sustainable framework and has started a new study with Çorum Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ÇTSO), the most important stakeholder in this field. In this scope, according to the determined fields of study, with the participation of firms in the TSO, evaluation meetings were held.
After the explanations, Prof. Dr. İrfan Kurtbaş, Professor at the Faculty of Engineering at the meeting, Dr. İbrahim Sonmez and Prof. Dr. Ali Kılıçarslan answered the questions from the industrialists and informed the participants.
