Our university celebrated enthusiastically "2016-2017 Education Graduation Ceremony" in Ethem Erkoç Conference Hall of the Vocational Higher School and 4200 students were graduated.
Graduation Ceremony was held with the participation of Governor of Çorum Necmeddin Kılıç, AK Party Corum Deputy and Parliament Administrative Chief Salim Uslu, AK Party Corum Deputy Agricultural, Forestry and Village Affairs Commissioner Ahmet Sami Ceylan, AK Party Corum Deputy and GNAT Member of Health, Family and Labor Commission Lütfiye Ilksen Ceritoğlu Kurt, Mayor of Çorum Muzaffer Külcü, Rector Prof. Dr. Reha Metin Alkan, Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Çetin Başaranhıncal, representatives of public institutions and organizations in our provinces and districts, academicians of our university, parents, and students.
The ceremony continued with the speech of the Turkish Music Society of our University starting with reed flute and the reading of the national anthem and telegraphs, followed by the speech of Fatmanur Çoban, the first of 2016-2017 Education Education Year.
Our Rector, who made the opening speech of our Graduation Ceremony, Dr. Reha Metin Alkan said: "I thank all of you in the name of my Hitit family and all of you for joining us on this meaningful occasion to celebrate the 2016-2017 Education Graduation Ceremony of our university.
Çorum Mayor Külcü: "You have to work very hard, read, be stable and determined as the generation will carry out the big goals of Turkey."
AK Party Corum Deputy Ceylan: "We need to be together, big and alive, we have no other chance."
AK Party Corum Deputy Uslu: "The important thing is to produce information, brand and quality."
Çorum Governor Sword: "I want to give you a golden reminder: No matter how much effort you have, it will be possible in your hands.I offer my respects to your parents who raised you I thank all the academicians who raised you in the person of our Rector."
Governor of Corum Necmeddin Kılıç, Corum deputies Salim Uslu, Ahmet Sami Ceylan, Rector Prof. Dr. Reha Metin Alkan, Çorum Mayor Muzaffer Külcü, Çorum TSO Chairman Çetin Başaranhıncal presented the awards to the students who were ranked in the university.
After the prize-giving ceremony, our university graduated new graduates, they throw their caps and feel the desire of graduation.
