To establish the institutional structure related to education-training process and other works or transactions in the best way and to carry out all kinds of works and transactions within the framework of laws and regulations, our university is updating the existing regulations and guidelines and procedures and principles from one side while introducing new regulations and guidelines in the fields that are needed.

All the educational and administrative affairs are carried out in accordance with the procedure, regulations and directives, procedures and principles are very important for institutionalization. The Regulations are written rules of law issued by the Prime Ministry, ministries and public entities. The Regulations are published in the Official Gazette with the decision of the University Senate. The number of Regulations in 2011 was increased to 23 in 2017 with an increase of 187% due to the number of Regulations numbered 8, the Higher Education Law numbered 2547, and other laws related to the application of business laws to our University.

The directives are written official documents which clarify the subjects not mentioned in the Regulations or determine the way to be followed in any matter. Within this scope, the number of the Instructions of the University which was 12 in 2011 reached to 48 with the 36 directives accepted and accepted by the University Senate until 2017, which resulted in a 300% increase in the total number of directives.

Procedures and principles to be followed in the implementation of various works and transactions in the institutions have not been started until 2011, and until 2017, they have been accepted by the Senate of 5 Procedures and Principles University in various subjects.
