3rd International Strategic Research Congress was hosted by our university. Our Rector Prof. Dr. Reha Metin Alkan, Congress Organizing Committee Chairman Prof. Dr. Ali Rıza Gökbunar, the lecturers and instructors were attended to the opening of the congress, which was held in order to bring together academicians working in different fields, scientific researches of researchers and graduate students, sharing knowledge and experiences about current developments and thus preparing the ground for interdisciplinary studies.
Making the opening speech of the program, Congress Organizing Committee Chairman Prof. Dr. Ali Rıza Gökbunar stated that the power of the Hittites based on their important war equipments and the intelligent strategies they had implemented by expressing his gratitude for organizing the event in our university carrying the name of the civilization and in Çorum hosted the Hittite civilization which constituted the first organized state structure.
Our Rector Prof. Dr. Alkan who gave information about our university in his speech, expressed his enthusiasm for students to look at different aspects and to create a strategy. He expressed his thanks to everyone who passed through the organization of the congress and hoped to complete it successfully.
