Technological developments, business models based on data transmission and data threaten all business models we know in the world. Everyone is competing with everyone, cement companies can sell insurance; automotive, banking, health, energy, etc., we are experiencing a period in which business models in the world are being questioned and redefined. On the one hand, we talk about open innovation; we are talking ecosystem. We will all create and share new platforms, new fields and bring the country's economy around them. We need to create new ecosystems how and what should be the roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders and how Turkey should build a cloud? The shared nature of an academia world where data access is accelerated and used in place; I also very much appreciate the use of the data in the business world and the sharing of the companies with each other in the business models to be made via data."
