The registration procedures of our student candidates placed with health degree completion to the departments of Physics, Chemistry and Biology in Faculty of Arts and Sciences of our University will be carried out by Hitit University Rectorate Student Affairs Office between the dates of 11-19 August 2016 (at 09:00 am -07:00 pm). The candidates are supposed to apply in person. The student candidates who do not register between determined dates will lose their right to register.

1. Associate Degree Diploma or original temporary graduation certificate,
2. Health degree completion program placement result certificate,
3. Copy of National ID card,
4. Transcript of Records,
5. Certified course contents,
6. 6 photos (4x5cm),
7. Military Service Certificate for male candidates born before 1994.
