2025-2026 Academic Year Spring Semester Transfer Application Results

Registration procedures for candidates who have gained the right to register within the scope of the 2025-2026 Academic Year Spring Semester Transfer based on their Central Placement Score and Grade Point Average are carried out within the framework of the "Regulation on the Principles of Transfer Between Associate and Bachelor's Degree Programs, Double Major, Minor and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer in Higher Education Institutions".

The evaluation results, registration location, and required documents for registration for candidates in the advanced transfer mode based on their Central Placement Score and Grade Point Average (excluding the Faculty of Medicine) are listed below.

Final registration will be done in person between February 4-5, 2026, at the student affairs offices of the educational unit (faculty/vocational school) where the candidate has been placed.

Reserve Registration Dates: February 6-9, 2026, 09:00-17:00

Documents Required for Final Registration:

1- Course syllabi: Course syllabi must be obtained from the official website of the registered higher education institution and uploaded to the application page for acceptance.

2- Document regarding disciplinary action (If stated in other documents, a separate document is not required; a coded document obtained from e-government is also accepted.)

3- Transcript (Not a Status Certificate) (A coded document obtained from e-government is also accepted.)

4- Letter from the Higher Education Institution stating "There is no objection to transferring horizontally."

5- A document confirming that 10% of the required documents were accepted.

6- Military Status Certificate (for male candidates who have reached the age of 29),

7- For candidates enrolled in a program other than Civil Aviation Transportation Management and who have gained the right to enroll in the Civil Aviation Transportation Management Program of the Social Sciences Vocational School; a document obtained from e-government with a coded record indicating that there is no criminal record or criminal archive record that would prevent them from obtaining an airport entry card, and a medical board report indicating that they have undergone a major surgery within the last six months due to any health problem that would prevent them from performing their profession and/or the duties assigned in the profession (hearing impairment, etc.).

8- Candidates enrolled in a program other than the Civil Defense and Firefighting Program and who have gained the right to enroll in the Civil Defense and Firefighting Program at Alaca Avni Çelik Vocational School must have their health status suspended in accordance with Article 15 of the Municipal Fire Department Regulations regarding appointment to firefighter positions. It is also advisable to review the candidates' appointment conditions.

Important Notes Regarding Registration

1- Candidates must apply in person for registration.

2- Photocopies of required documents will not be accepted without seeing the originals.

3- Those who do not register within the specified dates cannot claim any rights.

4- If there are vacancies remaining after the registration of those who have successfully completed the transfer process, the reserve candidates will be contacted through the communication center.
