Prof. Dr. Basri Erdem accepted the invitation extended by the Çorum Municipality Art Gallery and Museum and presented his special collection, which includes works by many prominent local and international artists, to art enthusiasts in Çorum. The ‘Printed Art Collection Exhibition,’ which opened on 17 December 2024, was visited with great interest by our department students and the public.
At the invitation of our Head of the Painting Department, Prof. Dr. Pelin Avşar Karabaş, the renowned artist visited our faculty on 18 December 2024 and held a discussion with our Painting Department students. Sharing his knowledge and experience with our students, Erdem sincerely answered their questions, helping to illuminate the path ahead for our students.
At the end of the talk, Prof. Dr. Pelin Avşar Karabaş, Head of the Painting Department, presented Erdem with a certificate of appreciation, and he expressed his pleasure at being with the students.
