An Online Reunion for Graduates of the Coaching Education Department Was Held

The “Online Alumni Gathering”, organised by the Department of Coaching Education at the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Hittite University, took place online on Friday, 8 May 2026.

The event, which began at 8.30 pm and continued until approximately 10.00 pm, attracted a high level of participation and interest from our alumni. At this inaugural gathering, department graduates and academic staff came together to exchange views on professional experiences, career paths, industry expectations, and ways to strengthen communication between the department and its graduates.

During the meeting, our graduates’ questions were answered, and information was provided regarding the department’s current initiatives and plans to establish sustainable communication with graduates. Additionally, the “Alumni Information Form”, prepared to collect data from alumni, update contact details, and be used in future events, collaborations and alumni tracking initiatives, was shared with participants.

Prof. Dr Erkan Demirkan, Head of the Coaching Education Department, thanked all alumni who attended the meeting and stated that the strong communication to be established with alumni would make significant contributions to the department’s development.

It is planned to continue this online alumni gathering, which took place with high attendance and in a warm atmosphere, at regular intervals in the coming periods.
