2025–2026 Academic Year Fall Semester Course Registration and Registration Renewal Procedures
2025–2026 Academic Year Fall Semester Course Registration and Registration Renewal Procedures
Course registration for all units of our University will start on September 08, 2025 at 10:00 and will continue until Friday, September 12, 2025 at 23:59. Course registration and renewal procedures must be completed by all students, including newly enrolled students. Students who do not renew their registration within the specified period will not be able to take any courses for that semester, will not be allowed to take exams, and will not be able to benefit from student rights.
Tuition fee or student contribution payments will be made between September 08–12, 2025. If you have any outstanding tuition or contribution fee debt, the courses you select will not be submitted for advisor approval until your debt is cleared, and your course registration/renewal process will not be completed. Students who do not complete course registration or registration renewal will not benefit from student rights for the relevant semester and will not appear on any lists, including attendance and grade entry lists.
Students will complete their course registration and registration renewal procedures online by logging into the UBYS System at ubys.hitit.edu.tr with their usernames and passwords.
For newly enrolled students, the Username for logging into the UBYS system is the Student Number, and the Password is the Turkish ID Number. (Click here to learn your Student Number.) It is strongly recommended to change your password upon first login.
Your course registration will be completed after it is approved by your advisor. If deemed necessary, your advisor may make changes to the courses you selected via the system and send them back to you for review. You must regularly check the course registration stages until you see that your registration has been approved.

- The student is personally responsible for all registration renewal procedures.
- The student must register for courses within the period specified in the academic calendar.
- A student who does not renew their registration cannot take courses, attend exams, or benefit from student rights.
- Courses that partially or fully overlap with other courses in the weekly schedule cannot be selected. This condition also applies to courses retaken due to absenteeism.
- Students who are required to pay contribution fees/tuition fees can select their address after making the payment.
- Students must first register for courses they did not take in the required semester or failed, starting from the lowest semester in which those courses are offered.
- Starting from the third semester, regardless of GPA, the maximum number of credits a student can take in one semester cannot exceed one-third more than the credit load determined for that semester.
-
Students will log into UBYS with their username and password during the specified dates and complete the registration renewal process by clicking the “Renew Registration or Complete My Registration” button.
However, students with outstanding debts must first pay their debts and can complete the renewal process only after the payment is completed.
