2025 Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS) Additional Placement Registration Procedures
The additional placement results of the candidates who made their preferences according to the 2025 Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS) have been announced on the official website of ÖSYM at https://sonuc.osym.gov.tr.
We congratulate our students who have earned the right to enroll in our University by choosing it, for their dedicated efforts so far and their preferences, and wish them continued success.
Candidates who wish to complete e-registration can carry out their electronic registration procedures via the “University E-Registration” application offered by the Council of Higher Education through the e-Government Gateway by clicking on https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/yok-universite-ekayit, until October 22–23, 2025, 23:59.
Candidates who complete electronic registration must see the confirmation text on the screen indicating that the e-registration process has been successfully completed in order not to experience problems during course registration.
Candidates who wish to register in person must apply in person to the Hitit University Student Affairs Department with the required documents between October 22–30, 2025.
Tuition fee or contribution fee payment procedures will start as of October 22, 2025, and if you have an outstanding tuition fee or contribution fee debt, the courses you have selected will not be sent for advisor approval until your debt is cleared and your course registration process will not be completed. Tuition fee or contribution fee payments will be made through HALKBANK branches or ATMs, or via Halkbank internet banking using the student number. Students who do not complete Registration Renewal or Course Registration procedures will not benefit from student rights for the relevant term and will not appear on any lists, including attendance and grade entry lists.
For newly enrolled students at our University, the username for accessing the UBYS system is the Student Number; the password is the Turkish ID Number. (Click to learn your Student Number.) It is strongly recommended to change your password upon first login.
Students will complete their course registration processes online by logging into the UBYS System with their usernames and passwords at ubys.hitit.edu.tr after the adaptation procedures to be carried out by the academic units.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION
- 2025-DGS result document (Internet printout),
- Original associate degree diploma or graduation certificate (for verification purposes)
- Transcript,
- Photocopy of ID card
- Military Status Certificate to be obtained from military offices for male students over the age of 28
IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING REGISTRATION
- In-person registration procedures will be carried out at Hitit University Rectorate Student Affairs Department, North Campus, Çorum. Candidates must apply in person for registration.
- Photocopies of the required documents will not be accepted without seeing the originals.
- Candidates who do not complete their registration within the specified dates will not be entitled to claim any rights.
