About the Registration of Students Admitted to Our University
About the Registration of Students Admitted to Our University
Students who have gained the right to enroll in any program of our University with the 2025 YKS results may complete their registration procedures either in person by coming to our University or, if they wish, online via the internet from their current location. Students who wish to complete their registration electronically can do so between September 01–03, 2025, by logging into https://www.turkiye.gov.tr with their e-Government passwords and accessing the Council of Higher Education section. Choosing electronic registration will primarily save our newly admitted students both time and money. For this reason, nearly all of our new students preferred this method in previous years. If prospective students do not already have an e-Government password, they must first obtain one in person from PTT branches.
Students who complete their registration electronically are not required to come in person to our University’s registration center to submit documents.
Students who do not prefer electronic registration or who are unable to complete it due to compulsory reasons must complete their registration procedures between September 01–05, 2025, at the Registration Office of the Student Affairs Department, North Campus of Hitit University.
Upon request, necessary equipment will be provided to our students with disabilities within the limits of available resources, and personal assistants will also be assigned if requested. It is sufficient for students in this situation to send their equipment/assistant requests to our University via the e-mail address hitit.edu.tr/tr/oidb.
