Establishment and Organizational Process of Our Faculty of Human and Social Sciences Completed

As a result of the restructuring process encompassing our Faculties of Engineering and Arts and Sciences, the Faculty of Arts and Sciences was officially closed and the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences was established, as published in the Official Gazette No. 32943 dated July 1, 2025. With the closure of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, all committees, boards, and personnel responsible for its operations became defunct.

 During this transition, necessary measures were promptly taken to ensure that academic and administrative staff, as well as students of the newly established Faculty of Human and Social Sciences, did not experience any disruptions or disadvantages. In this context, authorized faculty boards were formed, appointments were made, and the organizational process of the newly established faculty was successfully completed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

 I extend my gratitude to all academic and administrative staff who contributed to this process and wish that our new faculty will be a valuable asset for our university, city, and country.
