Faculty Board Meeting Held

The Faculty Board convened to evaluate the Fall Semester of the 2025–2026 academic year.

Following the general evaluation, academic staff who were newly appointed or promoted at our faculty—Assoc. Prof. Dr. Atiye Nazlı, Dr. Lecturer Emel Acar Acabey, Dr. Lecturer Ömer Alkaç, Research Assistant Dr. Reyhan Ünver, and Research Assistant Alparslan Türk—were congratulated by our Dean, Prof. Dr. Zekeriya Işık, who presented them with their academic gowns.

Dr. Lecturer Mustafa Bakan, who has recently retired, was also honored during the meeting. Prof. Dr. Zekeriya Işık thanked him for his valuable contributions to our faculty and the Department of History and presented him with a plaque. Members of the Faculty Board expressed their wishes for his health and happiness in his future life.
