YKS Additional Placement Results Announced
Registration procedures for candidates who have gained the right to enroll in our University according to the YKS additional placement results for the 2025–2026 Academic Year will be carried out online via e-Government between October 10–12, 2025, and in person between October 10–17, 2025. Candidates who prefer in-person registration must apply to our University personally. Candidates who do not apply or complete their registration within this period will lose their right to register.

Required Documents for Registration
- Original High School Diploma or Graduation Certificate (Certificates of achievement are not accepted in place of a diploma),
- YKS Additional Placement Result Document (printout from the internet),
- Photocopy of ID Card,
- For male candidates who are absentees or draft evaders: Military Status Certificate obtained from Military Recruitment Offices stating that there is no obstacle to enrollment,
- Candidates placed in the Civil Aviation Management program must apply in person and must not have any criminal record or archived criminal record that would prevent them from obtaining an airport entry card. They must also submit a medical board report obtained within the last 6 months from a fully equipped hospital stating that they have no health issues (such as hearing or vision impairments),
- Candidates placed in the Civil Defense and Firefighting program must apply in person and must meet the health requirements specified in Article 15 of the Municipal Fire Department Regulation. (A medical board report from a state hospital or a private hospital licensed by the Ministry of Health is required. The report must include a statement indicating that there is no obstacle to becoming a firefighter, and must include height and weight measurements taken by the board.)
Important Notes Regarding Registration
- In-person registrations will be carried out at the Hitit University Rectorate, Student Affairs Department, North Campus, Çorum. Candidates must apply in person.
- Registration by mail is not accepted.
- Those who do not complete their registration within the specified dates cannot claim any rights.
- Students who complete their registration electronically are not required to come in person to submit documents.
- Photocopies of required documents are not accepted without presentation of the originals.
Other Procedures for Students Who Have Completed Registration
- Students who were previously enrolled in another higher education program and placed in our University based on a new exam result must pay their fees to Halkbank branches using their student number by October 17, 2025.
- For newly enrolled students, the Username for logging into the University Information Management System (ubys.hitit.edu.tr) is the Student Number, and the Password is the Turkish ID Number. (Click here to learn your student number.) It is strongly recommended to change your password upon first login.
- In order to attend classes, students must complete course registration at the beginning of each semester in accordance with the Hitit University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations (Article 7: Registration Renewal; Article 19: Course Enrollment Principles). Students must log into the University automation system (ubys.hitit.edu.tr) and complete their course registration by October 17, 2025. Students who do not complete course registration correctly within the specified period will not be allowed to attend classes or take exams for that semester.
