The Department of Coaching Education at the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Hittite University, aims to train competent coaches in their fields with an educational and teaching approach that is committed to universal values in the field of sports sciences, equipped with scientific knowledge, respectful of ethical principles, and in line with the requirements of the age. Furthermore, our department is committed to contributing to the promotion of sports culture and the physical, mental, and social development of society by contributing to the fields of research, application, and community service.

To be a nationally and internationally recognised department that stands out with its pioneering, innovative and high-quality educational approach in the field of sports sciences. To become an educational institution that serves society in collaboration with all stakeholders in sports by training leaders who base the coaching profession on scientific foundations and adopt lifelong learning as a principle.
