The Child Development Program in the Department of Child Care and Youth Services is a two-year associate degree program that aims to train qualified mid-level professionals who understand children's developmental needs and can take an active role in care and education processes. In the program, students gain fundamental knowledge and skills related to children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development; they reinforce their professional experience through practical training.

Our graduates can work as assistant teachers in private nurseries, daycare centers, and colleges; as paid teachers in institutions affiliated with the Ministry of National Education; and also in various animation and activity groups. In addition, they have the opportunity to transfer to the departments of Child Development, Preschool Teaching, Special Education Teaching, Health Management, and Social Services at faculties through the Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS).
