Our Department Faculty Member Asst. Prof. İlknur Tüfekçi Attended the AstraZeneca–Hitit TTO Meeting

Asst. Prof. İlknur Tüfekçi, a faculty member of our department, attended the meeting held during the visit of AstraZeneca representatives to Hitit University Technology Transfer Office Inc.

During the meeting, discussions were held with AstraZeneca Black Sea Regional Sales Manager Tunç Türker and Senior Product Promotion Leader Abdurrahman Akbayır on current developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, opportunities for university-industry collaboration, and artificial intelligence-supported projects.

The meeting also addressed joint project development processes and innovation-oriented initiatives, with the aim of strengthening cooperation between the university and industry and contributing to potential future collaborative projects.

From the perspective of the Department of Medical Services and Techniques, such interactions with representatives of the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors are considered important for aligning educational processes with current sectoral needs and for developing new opportunities for collaboration.
