The Social Competence Transcript Application Begins in the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year
Hitit University is launching the Social Competence Transcript application in order to record the achievements students gain through extracurricular activities.
The application, which will be carried out in line with the Social Competence Transcript Directive adopted by the Senate of our University, will begin as of the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year. Within the scope of the application, students’ extracurricular activities in the fields of social, cultural, scientific, sports, volunteering, social contribution, sustainability, career, and professional development will be evaluated and documented.
The Social Competence Transcript aims to make visible not only students’ academic achievements, but also the responsibilities they undertake, the activities they participate in, and the social competencies they develop throughout their university life. In this context, students will be able to apply through the University Information Management System (UBYS) and upload the relevant information and documents related to their activities to the system.
Applications will be reviewed by the Social Competence Transcript Evaluation Commission to be established within the relevant academic units, and approved activities will be recorded in students’ Social Competence Transcript documents. The document for approved activities will be available online through UBYS.
In order for our students to avoid any problems during the application process, it is important that they carefully review the Hitit University Social Competence Transcript Directive and the Social Competence Transcript System Student Guide.
