Orientation Training Held for Our New Students

Within the scope of the 2026–2027 Academic Year, an orientation program was organized for our first-year students. The program was attended by our Head of Department, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat, first-year academic advisor Lect. Dr. Ayşe Aksoy Karaduman, and our first-year students.

During the program, our students were provided with information about the general structure of Hitit University and Sungurlu Vocational School, the characteristics of the Medical Promotion and Marketing Program, the academic staff, post-graduation employment opportunities, and career prospects. In addition, information was provided on the academic calendar, course registration, attendance requirements, types of examinations and examination procedures, the student assessment system, internship processes, and other academic and administrative matters that students may need throughout their education.

The orientation program aimed to help our students who are new to university life become more familiar with their department and program and gain comprehensive information about academic and educational processes.
