A training session titled "Intellectual Property Rights Training for R&D Personnel" was organized for the R&D staff of Safi Çorum Sugar Factory by Burcu Kabakdere, Assistant Manager of Hitit University Technology Transfer Office Inc.
The training covered the following topics:
Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights,
The Importance of Intellectual Property in R&D Outputs,
The Concept of Employee Inventions,
National and International Patent Processes,
Patent Search and Strategic Approach
Comprehensive information was provided on these topics.
Following the training, a meeting was held with Chairman of the Board Atakan Safi and Factory Manager Ali Yetkin to discuss the focus of university-industry collaboration efforts, and plans for new projects and collaborations that could be carried out with Hitit University's dynamic and strong academic staff were discussed.
