26 Nisan 2023 tarihinde yapılan Yabancı dil (İngilizce) yazılı sınavından baraj puanını geçen öğrenciler sözlü sınava girmeye hak kazanmıştır. Sözlü sınav, 04 Mayıs 2023 (Perşembe günü) saat 10:00'da liste aday sırasına göre Zoom platformu üzerinden yapılacaktır. Bu nedenle, güncel Zoom uygulamasını önceden indirmiş olmanız ve sınav günü öncesinde ses ve görüntü aktarımı olarak test etmeniz önerilmektedir.
The students who have passed the minimum score from the Foreign Language (English) written exam held on April 26, 2023 are eligible to take the oral exam. The oral exam will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 10:00 am via the Zoom platform in the order of the candidate list. Therefore, it is recommended that you download the latest Zoom application in advance and test your audio and video transmission before the exam day.

(1) Sözlü sınava sadece yukarıdaki listede 'Sözlü Sınava Girebilir' durumunda olan öğrenciler girecektir.
(1) Only the students who are listed as 'Eligible for Oral Exam' in the list above will be able to participate in the oral exam.
(2) Her öğrenci için maksimum 5 dakika süre ayrılmıştır.
(2) A maximum of 5 minutes is allocated for each student.
(3) Sınava katılmayan öğrencilere ikinci bir oturum hakkı tanınmayacaktır.
(3) Students who do not participate in the exam will not be given a second chance.
(4) Zoom uygulamasına girişte, adınız ve soyadınızın tam ve açık bir şekilde yazılmış olması zorunludur. Sınav görevlileri, adı soyadı tam yazmayan öğrencileri sınava almama hakkına sahiptir. İlk girişte bekleme odasına (waiting room) alınacak sıranız geldiğinde sınav görevlisi tarafından kabul edileceksiniz. Sınavın başlangıcında öğrenci kimlik kartınızı (yoksa kimlik kartınızı) kamerada sınav görevlilerine gösteriniz.
(4) It is mandatory to write your full name and surname clearly and completely when logging in to the Zoom application. The examiners have the right not to admit students who do not write their full names. You will be placed in the waiting room during your first entry, and you will be admitted by the examiners when it is your turn. At the beginning of the exam, show your student ID card (or your identification card if you do not have a student ID card) to the examiners via the camera.
(5) Sınav sırasında kamera ve mikrofonunuzun açık olması gerekmektedir. Ses ile ilgili yankı vb. problemler yaşamamak için kulaklık kullanmanız önerilmektedir.
(5) Your camera and microphone must be on during the exam. To avoid sound-related problems such as echo, it is recommended that you use headphones.
(6) Hem öğrenim hem de staj hareketliliğine başvuru yapan ve sözlü sınava girmeye hak kazanan öğrenciler sadece 1 kez sözlü sınava katılabilirler.
(6) The students who have applied for both study and internship mobility and have been eligible to take the oral exam can participate in the oral exam only once.
