MISSION
The mission of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture is to operate in the fields of art, design and architecture within a contemporary, free, professional knowledge-based education approach; to cultivate contemporary artists and designers who respect society and the world of science, are proficent in technology, can compate at national and international levels, act in line with the fundamental principles of art and creativity, are open to development, creative, entrepreneurial, prone to teamwork, have a developed sense of art, culture, and aesthetics, and can think freely and critically.
VISION
The vision of our Faculty is to be one of the respected faculties that has achived excellence in science and art, hosts competent academic staff in its field, closely follows developments in art, design, and architecture, is a pioneer, nationally preferred, contributes to and guides developments in the field of art and design through its activities, and teaching units in the international arena.
POLICY
The Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture, in order to realize the goals specified in its mission and vision, adopts a contemporary, interdisciplinary, and universal criteria-based education approach, encourages research and innovation-focused studies, contribures to artistic and scientific production, develops projects and collaborations prioritizing social benefit at regional, national and international levels, supports internationalization to increase its global visibility, and follows an inclusive policy based on ethical values, transparency, participation and sustainability in all its processes.
