Prof. Dr. Metin Uçar stated in his speech that the genocide in Gaza has been ongoing since 1948 and has continued to increase after October 7, 2023. He added that many countries, especially Spain and Italy, have taken actions against the genocide and have taken firm steps to stop the genocide. Prof. Dr. Uçar stated that the Global Sumud Fleet was on its way to Palestine for the purpose of assistance. Our Vice Deans Prof. Dr. Ömer Can Satır, Assoc. Prof. Muteber Burunsuz, faculty members and many students attended the conference held at Myo Campus Ethem Erkoç Conference Hall.
