ISKUR Youth Programme Begins.

The "ISKUR Youth Program," launched in collaboration with the Turkish Employment Agency (ISKUR) and our university, aims to increase university students' employability and help them gain knowledge, skills, and experience. A total of 587 students will benefit from the ISKUR Youth Program in the 2025-2026 academic year. As part of the program, students will work full-time on specific days of the week in academic and administrative units at Hitit University. The program will begin on Monday, November 3, 2025, and conclude on Friday, June 26, 2026. 

Application Conditions: The application and participation conditions for the program are listed below:

  • Being a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye, 
  • Being registered with ISKUR,
  • Having completed 18 years of age,
  • To be an associate, undergraduate, graduate or doctoral student at Hitit University and not have a suspended and/or inactive registration,
  • Not receiving old age (retirement) or disability pension (those receiving disability or death pension can benefit from the program),
  • Not being insured within the scope of Article 4 of Law No. 5510 within the last one month before the application date and the start date if selected as a participant,
  • Not being an employee of Hitit University or its affiliated, related, related or subsidiary organizations within one year before the program application date and until the actual start date of the program,
  • Not being insured under Article 5 of Law No. 5510 (short-term insurance) during the application, start and continuation of the program,
  • According to the Address Registration System (AKS) on the date of application, the total monthly earnings of those residing at the same address for the last determined month should not exceed three times the net monthly minimum wage (This condition is not required for those whose primary address is in dormitories, shelters, etc., and other public living spaces),
  • Not benefiting from active labor programs and unemployment insurance as of the application and start date (not being entitled to unemployment benefits and not receiving them),


Fields of Study

Students accepted to the program will be able to work in the academic and administrative units of Hitit University in the following core areas of activity:


  • Supporting Sustainable Campus Activities,
  • Supporting Campus Infrastructure and Maintenance Activities,
  • Supporting Social and Cultural Activities,
  • Supporting Academic and Administrative Activities,
  • Supporting Community Service and Collaboration Activities,
  • Supporting Student Development and Adaptation Activities,
  • Supporting Digital Transformation and Innovation Activities,
  • Supporting Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Activities,

  • Working Time and Working Rights

    The program will be implemented for a maximum of three days per week. Daily work hours are 7.5 (seven and a half) hours, and no less than this number of hours may be worked. Participants' work days will be determined under the direction and supervision of Hitit University's Career and Alumni Office. A participant may participate in the program for a maximum of 140 active days. If students who participate in the program become eligible to work again in the Spring Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year, they will be able to work the remaining days of their previous employment, and their dismissal will be effected upon completion of 140 active days. 

    Participants will receive a net daily payment of ₺1,083.00 from ISKUR for each day they participate in the program. ISKUR will also cover the participants' costs for work-related accidents, occupational diseases, and general health insurance based on the number of days they participate (retirement insurance premiums are not included). 


    Applications and Process

    Applications for the program must be submitted between October 13 and 17, 2025,  using one of the methods listed below. Students who qualify for the program will be selected from among the eligible applications through a draw conducted by a notary public. The draw will take place on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in the Fuat Sezgin Conference Hall of the Faculty of Theology, North Campus, Hitit University. Applicants are eligible to participate in the draw. 


    Students who meet the application requirements and wish to work within the scope of the program must apply by 23:59 on Friday,  October 17, 2025  :

    • Via ALO-170 communication line, 

    • From the ISKUR Mobile application,

    • From ISKUR e-branch (after logging in as a job seeker on www.iskur.gov.tr ​​website, go to “Online Transactions / Job Seeker / ISKUR Youth Program” section),

    • genclik.iskur.gov.tr They must apply by typing and selecting the program number of the province/district they want to work in on the website. 

    Those experiencing application difficulties can request assistance from ISKUR Çorum Provincial Directorate staff. Students who apply despite not meeting the application and participation requirements will be removed from the program if their applications are accepted by the system and are identified during checks.
