The Department of Recreation at the Hitit University Graduate School is an academic unit dedicated to producing scientific knowledge in the fields of recreation and leisure management, training qualified researchers, and developing innovative approaches that contribute to societal well-being and quality of life. With its interdisciplinary nature, our department offers a broad perspective that integrates sport sciences, psychology, health sciences, social sciences, education, and management.
Our program, which examines the effects of recreation on individual well-being, social interaction, sustainable living, and active citizenship, provides students with a comprehensive scientific foundation through both theoretical instruction and practice-based learning.
