With Article 66 Supplement of the Law Published in the Official Gazette No. 26111 dated 17.03.2006 titled ‘Law No. 5467 Amending the Higher Education Institutions Organization Law, Higher Education Law, Public Financial Management and Control Law, Wireless Law, and Decrees Having the Force of Law Nos. 78 and 190,’ the Social Sciences Institute, the Institute of Science, and the Health Sciences Institute, which were established under the Rectorate of Hitit University, were merged under the name of the Graduate Education Institute by Presidential Decree No. 3119 published in the Official Gazette No. 31283 dated 23 October 2020, and subsequently closed.
