All students enrolled at our institute are assigned an institutional email address with the @ogrenci.hitit.edu.tr extension by the Information Processing Department. It is important that students use this email address when communicating with the institute to ensure that processes are more secure, faster and smoother. Furthermore, this email address must be used during the similarity report acquisition process prior to thesis/term project defence and during the thesis review process conducted before submitting the thesis after defence.
