Design, implement, monitor, and continuously improve educational activities through a student-centered approach that prioritizes artistic expression, critical thinking, and practice-based learning processes, in alignment with program learning outcomes and the Turkish Qualifications Framework;
Support artistic and academic research activities within the framework of contemporary art practices, interdisciplinary approaches, and ethical principles, contributing to the development of our country while fostering knowledge production and the advancement of artistic expression;
Conduct community service activities based on the transformative power of art, adopting an approach that is sensitive to regional and societal needs while taking cultural, social, and environmental sustainability into consideration;
Address internationalization processes as a development area that follows current developments in the field of art and strengthens national and international artistic and academic collaborations;
Base management and governance processes on the strategic plan, upholding the principles of transparency, accountability, and participation;
Carry out all decision-making and implementation processes through a performance-oriented, data-driven approach grounded in continuous improvement;
Establish, implement, and sustain a quality management system that operates in accordance with the continuous improvement cycle, encompasses all areas of departmental activity, and prioritizes stakeholder participation.
