Students who will enroll in the Workplace Vocational Training (İME) course are required to submit their preferences from the institutions/organizations listed below starting from Wednesday, February 4, 2026, until 5:00 PM on Thursday, February 12, 2026. To apply, you must complete the 'Application and Preference Form' and submit it to the Department Secretariat along with your transcript.
***Students who wish to conduct their İME at an establishment other than those listed must also fully complete and submit the 'İME Workplace Information Form' in addition to the 'Application and Preference Form.' Conducting İME at a different establishment will only be possible through a Department Board decision, provided that the Department İME Commission deems it appropriate.

To avoid any issues, ensure that all required documents are submitted within the specified dates. It is of great importance that you prepare your İME report by the end of the semester deadline. You will be required to give a presentation regarding your İME activities on the date to be announced during the final exam week of the Spring semester.
