Missing Documents: Students with missing or incomplete documents must submit their updated paperwork by Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 17:00.
Contract Procedures: Students are required to contact their assigned companies to have the CONTRACT documents signed. The WET-SIGNED (original) contracts must be submitted to the Department WVT Commission by Friday, February 20, 2026, at 17:00. Contracts must be prepared in two copies: one for the company and one for the Department WVT Commission.
Training Dates: Students will be present at their assigned workplaces for WVT from the start of the Spring Semester (February 23, 2026) until the end of the term (June 12, 2026), as specified in the academic calendar.
Course Enrollment Policy: Students enrolled in WVT for the 2025-2026 Spring Semester may register for up to three (3) additional courses under the following conditions:
The student must have a maximum of 3 failed courses from previous years that do not require mandatory attendance.
Enrollment is permitted only on the condition of taking the exams; students cannot attend regular classes due to their WVT commitments.
