Office Management and Executive Assistance Program

The Office Management and Executive Assistance Program aims to train office managers who are equipped with the knowledge and skills to assist executives in office operations within public and private sector organizations. Graduates of the program are expected to be proficient in computer use, able to apply office management principles and methods professionally, maintain effective interpersonal communication, utilize all kinds of modern office technologies, possess contemporary protocol knowledge, demonstrate managerial decision-making and analytical skills, and embrace creativity in their professional roles.

The education period lasts for four semesters (two years). Students who successfully complete all program requirements, including courses (120 ECTS), internship (20 working days), and maintain a GPA of 2.00 or higher, are eligible for graduation and receive an associate degree diploma. Each academic year, 25 students are admitted to the formal education program.


ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Students are admitted to the program through the Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS) or from Vocational and Technical High Schools. To enroll in the Office Management and Executive Assistance Program, applicants must have completed secondary education in Turkey or hold an equivalent qualification obtained abroad.


DOUBLE MAJOR PROGRAM:

Students enrolled in the Office Management and Executive Assistance Program can pursue a Double Major in the Medical Documentation and Secretarial Program.


VERTICAL TRANSFER OPPORTUNITIES:

Graduates who succeed in the Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS) may continue their education in relevant undergraduate programs such as:
